classic album conception and execution We are now in the 21st century and we are more schizoid than we could have imagined. My 19 year old son thinks this album is great. By chnelson3 (urbana, il)
Great This is one of the best albums i've listened to in my short life... It is so different from everything else... People should pay more attention to this kind of music, because modern rock makes me sad. By jdmelo (Manizales, Colombia)
Brilliant debut album Musically and lyrically, this debut album by King Crimson was mind blowing in its intensity and brilliance. Although a product of its time, and experimenting here and there, the album holds your attention from start to finish. There had been nothing like it before. The contrasts, too, are totally fascinating. From the masterpiece opening track 'In The Court Of The Crimson King' to the beautiful ballad 'I Talk To The Wind', King Crimson represented the ultimate English progressive rock right at the end of the 1960's. Perhaps the startling cover art put off some buyers, but even more needed to know what this eye catching album contained. I remember the days well - and no-one was disappointed. This is a 'must have' clasic album. It will wake up your mind and inspire your thoughts. By Chris. (Sarasota FL.)
1969 Was A Good Year King Crimson's utilization of non-traditional instruments and story telling likens them to the Moody Blues. Got the ablum for "The Court Of The Crimson King" and "21st Century Schizoid Man", but enjoy the whole thing. By a reviewer (St Louis, MO, USA)
King Crimson's Court Very Progressive. Greg Lake's stepping stone to become one of the best vocalist when he joined Emerson Lake and Palmer. You really got to be in the mood to listen to the whole album. Very good. By a reviewer (Miami, FL. USA)
