John Cage: The Seasons
$7.09 A young woman (Josie Hunter) inherits an erotic wax museum in which the statues come to life and have sex with each other.
Most wax museums are boring, but there is a new one in town. In this house of wax, when the heat turns up, the statues turn on. Instead of meltdown...they strip down. The most beautiful, most powerful people in history, immortalized in wax...are about to come back to life for an exotic extravaganza of ecstasy.

$14.89 | | Sexteto Mayor Quejas De Bandoneon - Tango CD (1996) (Import)
John Cage: The Seasons
$21.85 Formed in the early '70s (a tough time for tango), the Sexteto Mayor (two bandoneons, two violins, piano, piano, bass) earned itself an international name in the '80s as a result of its involvement with the stage show "Tango Argentino." The group effectively claims the stylistic space between the elegant punch of the classic groups and the sometimes pretentious art-music of the nuevo tango types like the world-famous Astor Piazzolla and the much less known but equally influential Osvaldo Pugliese. (68:43) ~ John Storm Roberts
Principally recorded live at the WDR-Funkhaus, Cologne, Germany on April 7, 1984. Includes liner notes by Christian Scholze.
Sexteto Mayor: Eduardo Walczak, Mario Abramovich (violin); Jose Libertella, Luis Stazo (bandoneon); Oscar Palermo (piano); Osvaldo Aulicino (upright bass).
