 Godzilla Fan...
I've always been a fan of Godzilla. This package has nostalgic value. Takes me back to the time when Monster Mash Theater came on TV in my early teens. Great for Sunday afternoon movie watching.

 If only it was in Japanese with subtitles !
Apparently, Japanese interests have claimed for a long while that American Godzilla releases have inaccurate overdubs. Also, original-language soundtracks allow you to hear voice tones as intended. I love these movies.

 Wonderful Godzilla movies at their best
Destroyah and Space Godzilla are among the top films made of all the 50 years of Godzilla films. There is substance in the stories and the characters are developed considerably, making the movies more than just action flicks. The final "dreamy" scene of Destroyah, wiht Godzilla seemingly "screaming" one last time in the mist, as if in a dream, is both poetic and quite sad. The energy, fury and determination of this "good" monster who is only trying to survive in his own little humble ways, and who is very angry at humanity for polluting their planet, is manifested one last time at the end of Destroyah. In Space Godzilla, some fun action happens and one also sees how limited this seemingly "invincible" space monster really is, because Space Godzilla has to get its power from its special crystals and is helpless without them. Godzilla does not need any special crystals to get its "motivation". He just needs to get angry and the occasional lightning and nuclear reactor will do! Great movies for Godzilla fans and very clear and impressive special effects also.
