Yes, the best!!!
To me it is the best PLASMATICS' album ever!!!, speed, violent and yes, hardcore. It gets along well during the thrash metal era.

Not the best
Too much 'narration' (story telling) and not enough Plasmatics (music) for my liking. On this, their last album, the music is definately the most 'HARDCORE' sounding the band ever got though.
