Closed Captioned; Additional Footage; Soundtrack English; English Subtitles; Director's Comments; Behind The Scenes Ahh, the City of Lights, full of marvels to tempt three boorish American backpackers: the Champs-Elysees, the Left Bank, the racist gangs of disaffected young right-wing lycanthropes. After rescuing a desperate woman from a swan dive off the Eiffel tower, a collegian discovers her scary, hairy secret--too late. The direction emphasizes the cornball humor of its predecessor, "An American Werewolf in London," and a blitzkrieg of computer effects. American Werewolf In Paris Movie Review Average Rating: (3.2 out of 5 stars) List All Reviews Not bad Better than American Werewolf In London. Submitted by joeylcl (Asia of Hong Kong) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
Good for a Laugh If you are looking for a scare, this would not be the movie. The CGI werewolves are the worst thing about the movie; when they are in the scenes it makes the viewer think of live action mixed with animation, such as Cool World or Who Framed Roger Rabbit. The film does have, however, some funny lines and situations, the delicious Julie Delpy, and some really great shots in the beginning of the film. It's a good movie, mainly for the plot!!! To me the only downfall to this film is how the werewolves looked.I thought they looked kinda wierd.Other than that it had a good love story. Some blood, and gore.To me if you like werewolf movie's that are a bit more than just blood, and gore you should like it... $7.95 Gluttony, greed, sloth, envy, wrath, pride, and lust--these are the seven deadly sins that are being punished with unimaginable cruelty and calculation by an enigmatic killer in David Fincher's bleak thriller SEVEN. Set in a perpetually gloomy unnamed city, the film follows Somerset (Morgan Freeman), a retiring police detective, as he experiences his final week on the job, reluctantly working with assertive newcomer Mills (Brad Pitt). When an obese man is found brutally murdered in his home, the seasoned Somerset realizes this is no ordinary killing--someone tortured him because of his appetite. Slayings that reflect the sins of greed and sloth soon follow, leading Somerset and Mills on a desperate search to find the mysterious John Doe, who is responsible for these methodical murders. As the case builds to a startling conclusion, both Somerset and Mills become more involved than they ever could have imagined.
After a brief opening scene, SEVEN immediately cuts to a highly stylized title sequence. An intricate collage of books and photos, scissors and razors, and blood and skin eerily ...
