Closed Captioned; Additional Footage; Soundtrack English; English Subtitles; Director's Comments; Behind The Scenes Adam Sandler is charming and disarming as he dusts off and mashes together his beloved SNL charcters Cajun Man and Canteen Boy to create Bobby Boucher, the sweet-tempered, simple-minded, bayou man-child who relishes his job of eighteen years as the much-abused waterboy for the local "good" (well-funded but nasty of spirit) university's football team. True to the appropriate cine-formula, there is also a nearby "bad" (under-funded but generous of spirit) university where Bobby seeks tenure after finally being driven away from his long-time place of employment by the relentless cruelty of those whom he seeks only to refresh and hydrate. It is under the kindly tutelage of the "lesser" university's down-and-out football coach (Henry Winkler phones it in, but warmly) that Bobby realizes his unusual athletic prowess and develops some basic people skills. Kathy Bates has an enormous amount of fun, and is a laugh riot, as Bobby's earthy, over-protective, swamp-shack-dwelling mom; and Fairuza Balk is accessibly luscious in a Daisy Mae turn as Bobby's resourceful, tomboyish, creole-cutie sweetheart. Deadpan delivery, satisfying sight gags, and "elbow-your-neighbor-and-point-at-the-screen" cameos make this an attractive option for fans of the genre. Bobby Boucher (Adam Sandler), the much-abused waterboy of a successful college football team, gets fired but finds his true calling as a player for the neighboring down-and-out team. Unfortunately, his Momma doesn't approve of football (or as she calls it, foosball) and Bobby has to keep his gridiron success a secret. All the usual Sandler gang are here: Blake Clarke, Allen Covert, Peter Dante and Rob Schneider. Great movie, Sandler's tackling abilities are priceless.

Last Time I meant to rate "Waterboy" 5 stars but I accidentally rated it 1 and before I could change it I had already clicked submit review so sorry.I strongly recomend to people of all age,race,and backround.Take my word for it,you'll be cracking up laughing througout the whole movie and even after the movie you'll be laughing just thinking about parts in the movie.

The Wayans brothers scored a surprise monster hit with SCARY MOVIE, and in the advertising for that film they promised "no sequel." So here it is, SCARY MOVIE 2, featuring the return of Shawn and Marlon Wayans as well as Anna Faris and Regina Hall in addition to some new faces added to the gross-out fun, including Chris Elliott as a caretaker with a deformed hand that he uses extensively in his cooking, Tim Curry as a professor with a thing for the girls, David Cross as a wheelchair-bound computer geek with a great combover, and Tori Spelling as a hot teenager looking for some ghostly action. The movie begins with a prologue that spoofs THE EXORCIST, with Andy Richter as the young priest, James Woods as the old priest, and Natasha Lyonne as the poor possessed child with the salty tongue. From there the plot uses and abuses from Shirley Jackson's THE HAUNTING--in this case, a group of college students must spend a weekend in a haunted castle in exchange for receiving an A from their naughty professor.
