not great, but not bad...
Inhumanly high pitched shreiking vocals over Haunting sweeping melodies and buzzsaw guitars creat an atmosphere of sadness and hate. Very Powerfull. Also some Metallica-like (Ride the lightning) riffs on track seven. There are no gay keyboards. Good sound quality for a BM album. Very short but a good listen strait through once in a while. No bad songs. Considered a classic by many but I think it's mediocore. I just ordered Antichrist that which I hear is their best. Overall good disc if you like regular (tr00) Black Metal.

pentagram review!
when i first listened to gorgoroth i was totaly blow away if you have heard the song on pentagram called"katharinas bortgang" in the middle the vocals are nothing short of pure evil!although my favorite song gorgoroth have ever done is (crushing the scepter,regaining a lost dominion) also another good one is"exit through carved stones"
