Vintage, Authentic and Jazzy
No longer an ingenue, Carmen had become her own artist by the time of this NY club recording in 1965-- slightly gritty with ironic touches, finger snapping and sounding strangely like she would much later in her career, after she survived the 1970s and crooning pop tunes.
