I have not heard this album in years and it's still as good as I remember it. Nobody plays guitar like Bill Nelson.

this was a very good effort though sunburst finish was my all time favorite by be bop this one is well worth it though a must for any fans of be bop deluxe.

| Passion, power, poetry
Sunburst Finish was possibly Bebop Deluxe's most rounded album, and certainly its most successful. But Futurama marks the point at which Bill Nelson's skills as a song-writer, as a writer of poetic lyrics, and as an inventive player of angry but fluent guitar lines all came together - just at the time he also happened to be a young man passionately in love with the woman he would later marry.
