At the center of this storm is White lawyer Jake Brigance, who not only faces an all-White jury, but personal attacks on his life should he win the case. Brigance, Hailey and Ellen Roark, a rich law student aiding Jake, face a tough road ahead of them, one that will change their lives forever.

Time To Kill Movie Review Average Rating: (4.6 out of 5 stars) good movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I thought A Time To Kill was a real good movie. Samuel L. Jackson did an awesome job as the father who was accused of killing two white gangsters who raped his daughter. His performace was amazing. Matthew McConaughey and Sandra Bullock were superb as the lawyer and his friend. This movie should be added to your collection. It's 100% great. All of the actors you know does a good job. But, I must warn you. Don't pay any attention to Keifer Sutherland because he is evil in this movie. I know you like him in his other movies and 24. But, try your best not to pay attention to him. I hope you get enough money to buy this movie and add it to your collection.

fight against racism this movie was NOT based in the 1960's as some of the others have written, but was based sometime in the 90's. As Dr Brass was questioned about his alleged statatory rape that was supposedly in 1960 when he was 23 and the lady was 17. this movie is about todays racism, and the rebirth of the KKK due to Carl lee Haley taking justice into his own hands and killing the 2 boys who raped and attempted to murder his 10 year old daughter. this was a brilliant movie and both samuel and matthew were great actors portraying what was still going on in the late 80's early 90's. One of the best lawyer thrillers i've seen Really good movie. This one takes place back sometime in the 60's with Samuel Jackson as a man acting out of revenge against two racist whites who raped his daughter, with Matthew McConaughey as the lawyer who is defending him, Sandra Bullock as a consultant on the outside, Kiefer Sutherland as one of the victims brother, who joins the KKK as an attempt at revenge for his brothers death, and finally Donald Sutherland as a retired lawyer whom is no longer allowed in a courtroom. Time To Kill review
$15.25 Writer-director Quentin Tarantino revisits the seedier side of Los Angeles--following 1992's RESERVOIR DOGS--with this funny, violent, tongue-in-cheek tribute to the less "classic" side of filmmaking--the potboilers and capers, the Blaxploitation flicks and gangster movies. The film interweaves three tales, told in a circular, fractured manner, which only fully connect by the time the final credits roll. The first story focuses on Vincent Vega (John Travolta) and Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson), two hit men on duty for "the big ...
