This is one of my favorite movies. With a movie like "The Exorcist" most would not try to compete. But the "Exorcist III" reached that plateu of greatness with it's storyline and special effects. Having Damien return was a real twist to the plot and made for a great movie!

 Nothing's as good as the original
Definitely not as good as the 1st one, but a whole lot better than the 2nd.

Much better than the first two
Let me start off by saying, that this movie definately outranks the first two, if you're looking to have the crap scared out of you, then this movie is for you. This movie should get 10 stars insted of 5. It's great.

This movie takes place 15 years after the first one,and ignoring the second,that mainly this could've been the second one.this is the direct sequel to the first.
