Rolling Stones - Bridges To Babylon 1998 Movie Review Average Rating: (4.5 out of 5 stars) The Stones still have it! Great concert and what a huge production. The sound is awesome. Wish I would have seen them on this tour.
The old bands are still the best.

Best Stone's Concert On DVD There is no doubt that the Rolling Stones is the greatest rock n' roll band ever with 40 years of excellent music and counting. This DVD is in my opinion has the best performance of the Stones with my favorite songs including Gimmie Shelter, Sympathy for the Devil, Out of Control, Like a Rolling Stone, Jumpin' Jack Fisk and the greatest most gritty performance of Satisfaction I have ever heard. The other Rolling Stone DVD's were Rolling Stones: Live at the Max (1991) and Rolling Stones at the Park (1969). 'Live at the Max' had muffled sound and pixelated picture (also its out of print) and while it had 'Paint it Black' their performances weren't at their best (or it could just be the poor sound quality on the DVD). '..At the Park' is worth picking up to see the young Stones in their prime but their are very few songs to wet your appetite. So get this excellent DVD which has great sound and picture and also the coolest Keith Richards and Mick Jagger performances ever!!! -BRYAN K. Rolling Stones - Bridges To Babylon 1998 review
$22.75 Very few Led Zeppelin performances were caught on camera during the band's life-span, but the footage that has been preserved for posterity is collected on this release. With a running time of over five-and-a-half hours, this is the definitive word on Zep's global stage-straddling performances. The footage is taken from London's Royal Albert Hall in January 1970, London's Earls Court in May 1975, Knebworth in August 1979, ...

A true stadium rock band, their live show was always spectacular -- propelled by the enthusiastic showmanship of legendary lead singer Freddie Mercury. This July 1986 concert, performed at London's huge Wembley Stadium to an audience of 150,000 people, highlights the fact that Queen's natural habitat ...

| | Farewell To Harry DVD (2004)
Rolling Stones - Bridges To Babylon 1998 review
$10.09 Told in a style reminiscent of THE MAGESTIC or PLEASANTVILLE, this graceful film reflects the simplicity of bygone eras. Set in a small town in the Pacific Northwest, FAREWELL TO HARRY follows Nick (Joe Flanigan), a writer who comes home to work on his novel. Nick finds a more demanding subject when he befriends a local character named Harry (William Hall, Jr.). Notorious around the town for his heavy drinking and for letting his business fall to pieces, Harry is an unlikely hero. But Nick sees something in the old man, and is determined to let it loose on the page. ...
