| easy to follow
i especially like the photography. even in the early 50's special effects were inviting. the picture is clear, the story plot is catchy, and it is fun to see the lone ranger as a bad guy.

| Simple Sci-Fi
The appeal to me, strangely to some no doubt, lies in nostalgia. This is the kind of film which fifty years ago, as someone just entering his teens, I found truly exciting.

| Better than Flash Gordon of the fifties
I like when Commander Cody takes off with his jetpack! I´ve heard that he uses a trampoline!!! A kind of Flash Gordon/gangstermovie, with the bad guys coming from the moon.

This is the second of the three "Commando Cody" serials (the first being "King of the Rocketmen" and the last being "Zombies of the Stratosphere", which is the one featuring Leonard Nimoy in a pre-Star Trek alien role).
