Hillbillies In A Haunted House Hillbillies In A Haunted House Movie Review Average Rating: (4.5 out of 5 stars) Treasure I found this movie to be a treasure of country music memories. The premise is silly and the acting leaves a lot to be desired;BUT, the songs are classics and well preformed. And who can't use a laugh at some old-fashioned silliness. Bad but good I only buy this DVD to see Merle Haggard without beard . The story in this film was very poor.
It' sad to see Basil Rathbone in such a film, what we in Sweden call calcoonemovie. Submitted by hsjosted (Gothenburg Swden) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Great service, fast shipping I have long sought after this movie. When I found it, I was naturally anxious to obtain it. CD Universe understood this and I got my movie quickly and easily. If you're into laughing at porrly financed old movies about guitar-playing hicks and communist plots, this is the moive for you. Submitted by a reviewer (Salt Lake City, UT) Was This Review Helpful? Hillbillies In A Haunted House film
$9.99 Twelve Yuletide standards along the lines of "White Christmas," "Frosty the Snowman," and "Sleigh Ride." All are arranged more or less along the lines of the classic early Ventures sound, with quotes from Ventures songs like "Walk Don't Run" thrown in, as well as phrases from contemporary hits like "I Feel Fine" and "When You Walk in the Room." If not for the ubiquitous overdubs of annoyingly corny sleigh bells, this would rank among the better rock & roll X-mas albums. But apparently the producers ...

Hillbillies In A Haunted House review
$10.29 A meteor crashes in the desert near a small Arizona town, and research scientist John Putnam (Richard Carlson) thinks it's a spaceship, but no one will believe him except his loyal girlfriend, Ellen (Barbara Rush). Weird evidence begins to back up his theory however, from the strange behavior of some of the locals, to the slime trails, the ghostly noises in the phone lines, and the apparitions of hideous alien eyes swooping down on passing cars. Director Jack Arnold (CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON) lets the story unfold deliberately, and infuses the desert locale with all the unearthly mystery of an alien landscape, helping to make this one of the best science fiction films of the 1950s. Charles Drake is Matt, the sheriff who first thinks John is a fool with all this flying saucer talk, and who later tries to lead a posse against the aliens when the truth is too blatant to ignore. It's based on a story by Ray Bradbury, ...

Hillbillies In A Haunted House DVD
$16.29 Roger Corman directed this big-crab classic in which a crew of scientists investigates a nuclear fallout-stricken atoll in the Pacific. There isn't a sign of life on the island, but the researchers hear voices calling to them at night, and when they investigate they are promptly clawed and eaten. It seems these gigantic mutant crabs absorb the intelligence of their victims and can speak in their voices. Russell Johnson (the Professor from GILLIGAN'S ISLAND) is a demolition expert who manages to fall in love with ...
