The Ultimate Flash!
Here you have all three chapter-plays of the Flash Gordon serial starring Buster Crabbe. "Space Soldiers" the first entry sets the pace for what follows, however my all-time favorite is "Trip to Mars" that is the one I saw in the very early 50s on TV that caused me to grab Mom's steel pot and a bath towel and run outside and play FLASH! The third entry "Conquers the Universe" is my least favorite but still good fun. the picture quality for these old movies is GREAT and the sound is about the best they are ever going to be able to get it I guess. Watching all three of these cliff-hangers back to back is fun and you can begin to see where our more modern sci-fi flicks are drawing many of their "new" ideas.
