Child's Play 2 Movie Review Average Rating: (4.6 out of 5 stars) A little better than the first!! This one took off a little better than the first one, but that's not saying very much!! Submitted by Mary Jane (Lebanon, KY--) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
The best in the series This is the best of the Childs Play films, chucky is so funny in this. I really like the way that they flesh out his character, the original didnt have a lot of chucky in it, it took it a while to get started.
The death scenes are much better done, providing the viewer with a little more violence and gore this time around.
Defiantely the best in the series, more chucky, more gore, more fun Submitted by jeffrey_goind (Bean Station TN) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

$11.45 The Lake Shore Strangler, a mass murderer who has plagued the Chicago area for months, meets his untimely end when he gets shot in a toy warehouse. Left for dead, the killer summons the strength to recite a voodoo chant which causes his soul to be "reincarnated" into one of the dolls resting on the shelves. The incantation also sparks an unnatural lightning storm, and when lightning hits the warehouse, it burns to the ground. Only one doll survives: the doll possessed by the killer's soul. Later, a mother innocently buys this doll as a present for her son. At first, everything seems ...

$11.79 Comedian Jeff Dunham teams up with loud-mouthed pals Bubba J, Peanut, Jose Jalapeno, Walter, and Sweet Daddy Joe for a live act showcasing all of his standup and ventriloquist talents.
Jeff Dunham blends the age-old craft of ventriloquism with the modern art of snark in this hilarious comedy concert. Recorded live in 2006, ARGUING WITH MYSELF features Dunham playing straight man to a team of unruly, irreverent puppets: Sweet Daddy D, a smooth-talking Pimp; Jose Jalapeño, a smooth-talking pepper on a stick; Bubba J, NASCAR’s biggest fan; and Walter, a dirty old man with a hilarious sneer. Dunham and his foam friends riff on race, politics, and relationships, proffering banter so quick-witted you forget there's only one sentient being on stage.

Child's Play 2 review
$9.69 The sequel to cult sci-fi hit PITCH BLACK sees Vin Diesel enthusiastically returning to his role as Richard B. Riddick. Director-writer David Twohy is on board again, building on themes established in the first movie, and expanding his vision with some incredible special effects work. Twohy opens the movie with Riddick on the run from a group of bounty hunters. He escapes them with ease, then seeks information from an old friend named Inam (Keith David). Inam informs Riddick that he has been singled out by an Air Elemental, Aereon (Judi Dench), as the one man who can stop the evil Necromongers from taking over the Universe. Suddenly, the Necromongers arrive on the planet, causing mayhem and destruction. They capture Riddick. He soon escapes, only to fall into the hands of the bounty hunters he so deftly eluded at the start of the movie. They take Riddick to a rogue prison planet where he is met by scorching heat, an underground penitentiary, and his female companion from PITCH BLACK, Jack (who is now called Kyra, and played by a different actress, Alexa ...

Child's Play 2 DVD
$9.79 RENEGADE is an ambitious hybrid of genres that occupies a liminal space similar to that of its main character, Mike Blueberry (Vincent Cassel). Building on the conventions of the Western and adding psychedelic elements and the sophisticated - albeit atypical - European sensibilities of director Jan Kounen, the result is a fascinating and compelling existential film about self-definition and the untapped regions of the mind.
The film opens with a teenage Blueberry (Hugh O'Conor), a recent transplant to the southwest from the Cajun territory of Louisiana. He quickly becomes embroiled in a battle with local bad guy Wallace Sebastian Blount (Michael Madsen) when Blount gets violent during a visit to prostitute Madeleine, for whom Mike has fallen. Madeleine is killed in the fray, and the injured Mike is run out of town, surviving due only to the kindness of the Indians who find him and take him in. Years later Blueberry, now played by Cassel, has rejoined the white folks to become a town marshal, but when Wallace, who had been presumed dead, blows into town, Mike is forced to face up to some demons from his past. Wallace is accompanied by mysterious Prussian Prosit (Eddie Izzard), who has equipped him with magical powers, and together with the uber-wealthy Sullivan (Geoffrey Lewis, whose daughter Marie is played by real-life ...
