||These Series Rock!|
I watched all of them in my 5th grade class for social studies. It was an adventurious movie and really inspiering. It talks about history a lot and shows how is was back then. The story starts out with a guy named pascanal and alexander makig. There are a lot of native americans.

||Centennial is Captivating!|
The only and the last time I watched 'Centennial' was back in the 90's in junior high in a History class. I loved it! It was inspiring, interesting, and captivating. If you like history, drama, or suspense this is a mini-series you would love to see.

||Truly, a benchmark in TV production!|
There has been nothing like it before or since. "Centennial" is, though a fiction novel, depicts the settling and taming of the West with such depth and style it is an unmatched "classic". I have been dying to get my own copy of the entire series since I first saw it in 1979. I saw the original showing and reruns several times since. I don't miss it when I know it is showing again on TV. You'll not be disappointed. Tom

||One of the best.....|
This is one of the best miniseries that has been on TV. It follows the 'life' of a town and does a great job of it. I wish it would come out on CD, I already have the VHS.
