2006 reissue of the fourth album from this NWOBHM band featuring four bonus tracks: 'Life Of Crime', 'Love's A Lie', 'What You Sayin'' and 'Making Tracks' (Extended Mix). This 1982 recording from the Tygers found guitarist John Sykes leaving to join Thin Lizzy and replaced by Fred Purser. The results are more of a mainstream rock style, the metal edges more on the back burner. The cover of Lieber & Stoller's 'Love Potion No. 9' however remains the band's most popular hit and still kicks ass. Metal Nation. Tygers Of Pan Tang Cage Songs | 1. | Rendezvous |

| | Whitesnake CD (1987)
Cage CD music
$7.39 Prior to 1987, Whitesnake was little more than a cult heavy metal band in the U.S. Its previous album, 1984's SLIDE IT IN, sparked interest amongst headbangers, yet failed to deliver lucrative crossover success. But that all changed with its self-titled release that same year--by streamlining its early blues rock sound and incorporating obvious elements of Led Zeppelin and melodic pop, Whitesnake became one of the biggest rock bands of the late '80s.
The band caught a lot of flack for such Zep-derivative tracks as "Still of the Night" and "Crying in the Rain," but it was the pop hits "Here I Go Again" and "Is This Love" that put album and band over the top. Its sexually charged videos and an opening ...
| | Whitesnake Snakebite CD (1978)
Cage music CDs
$5.29 Snakebite barely qualifies as a Whitesnake album. Vocalist David Coverdale had just assembled the band, and in fact, half of the songs contained here had been recorded by the singer nearly a year before for an abandoned solo outing. With this in mind, one can understand why most of the cuts either suffer from a lack of creative direction, the ...

| | Scorpions Blackout CD (1982)
Cage album
$6.49 Blackout was the Scorpions' first majorly successful album, due to its clever balance of pop/rock (the title track), power ballads ("When the Smoke Is Going Down"), and catchy heavy metal ("Dynamite," "No One Like You"). Vocalist Klaus Meine had a throat operation prior to the record's release, and surprisingly, his voice sounds more melodic and lively than ever. The rest of the band sounds great as ...
| | One Of These Days: The Trespass Anthology CDs (2004)
Cage CD music
$17.15 Like fellow New Wave of British Heavy Metal acts Quartz and Stray, East Anglia's Trespass were an overnight success that tried valiantly to build a career out of one memorable hit. In 1979, the bluesy and intense "One of These Days" found the working-class quartet being compared to everyone from Deep Purple to Black Sabbath to Ten Years After, but instant fame mixed with the inexperience of youth can be a lethal cocktail, and the group soon found itself consumed by constant lineup changes and industry politics. Long sought after by fans and collectors, Trespass' signature tune and the numerous singles that followed it are finally available to the masses on Sanctuary Records' 33-track double-disc retrospective One of These Days: The Trespass Anthology. Featuring ...
| | Beausoleil Hot Chili Mama CD (1988)
Cage music CDs
$14.29 Beausoleil has been steadily releasing albums of indigenous Louisiana music since the mid-'70s. Led by the incendiary fiddle playing of founding member Michael Doucet, the group draws on Cajun (a hybrid of American country and traditional French folk songs), zydeco (a hybrid of Cajun and R&B), rock, jazz, and blues. Though each of Beausoleil's releases is supremely roots-conscious, some, such as HOT CHILI MAMA, represent the spectrum of the group's influences.
Such conventional Cajun material as "Le Bons Temps Rouler Waltz" and the spicy, danceable title cut, which features standard zydeco percussion such as rubboard, triangle and spoons, alternate with touches of calypso ("La Chanson De Cinquante Sous"), and even a tongue-in-cheek stab at klezmer gumbo ("The Mosquito That Ate Up My Sweetheart in New Iberia Polka"). Fertile fiddle and accordion interplay ...
