4 stars power metal rules
their heaviest and most melodic album so far. excellent hearing for those who love very fat and heavy guitaring with good lead playing. the vocals remind me of bruce dickinson at times ( that is supposed to be good right?)power and death lyrics on most of their songs ( yeah i listen to the lyrics)

Which could be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on whether or not you liked "Criteria For a Black Widow"...because this album sounds exactly like that album! Oh well, at least they changed the cover art and liner notes. Anyway, I'll take Alice in Hell over the repetitive later albums anyday.

This is a cd that every collection must have. Listen to Liquid Oval, Perfect Virus, Shallow Grave(for the AC/DC fans).
