Ragas songs
$15.15 Solo efforts by the voice of the Rolling Stones tend to be few and far between, so each one arrives with a certain degree of attendant fanfare and attention. GODDESS IN THE DOORWAY, Jagger's first footstep into the 21st century, is arguably the most deserving of all that attention. The outsized pop production of opening tracks "Visions of Paradise" and "Joy" suit Jagger's larger-than-life persona, and the hip-hop influenced beats of "Dancing in the Starlight" are representative of the old rocker's concessions to the modern world. Jagger's contemporary mode is further exemplified by the edgy buzz of "God Gave Me Everything," co-written with Lenny Kravitz, who plays most of the instruments on the track, and by the sharply funky "Hide Away," on which none other than Wyclef Jean contributes production and guitar. Elsewhere there are more contemplative nods to Jagger's blues and country roots, but in the main GODDESS proves that a ...

$22.15 Editorial ReviewsLivingNow.com.auSound of Gaia ~ Episdoe 1 Mamia Kato Mamia Kato is a 15th generation artist from Japan. She has been passionately involved in music since she was six and from an early age expressed her desire to promote wellbeing through music. She has studied both music and calligraphy to the master level as well as being an advanced Aura Soma practitioner. These are the gifts she brings to her music. This beautifully recorded CD of Mamia Kato’s live performance of crystal singing bowls is both mesmerising and astounding. The tonal qualities that she extracts from these bowls is amazing. This recording is intended as a healing journey through three suites to balance the whole person via the chakras. From sweetly singing high tones to earthy bass, this recording sings to the body Reviewed by Thomas KressCustomer Reviews Untapped Power, Ocotober 6th 2008By Alison (NSW, Australia)This pure music made from the silica crystal bowls is masterfully played by Mamia and is a unique composition. When I listen to it I feel it reverberating through my physical and energetic body which continues on long after the music has finished playing. The sound of this crystal music seems to transport me back to a time so long ago where vague memories caress my being. I highly recommend this high quality recording to anyone who is interested in experiencing the largely untapped power that music has on our being. Amazing Skill, Ocotober 7th 2008By Penny Chesney, (Globalight, NSW, Australia)I have recently discovered Mamia Kato’s amazing crystal bowl CD entitled ‘Sound of Gaia’.I was immediately impressed, not only by the skill & sound quality of the performance, but also the deeply relaxing effect that this music generates. As a Teaching Master of Reiki, Seichim and Karuna Ki, I have since used ‘Sound of Gaia’ during teaching seminars and find it a perfect accompaniment for the attunement process. It allows both the Master and the Candidate to maintain a higher state of spiritual awareness during the ritual with ease. This music is a very useful ‘tool’ for the Teaching Master of any modality as well as the student who is dedicated to their spiritual journey.I commend Mamia as a talented composer and musician.”Inside Cover infoMamia Kato from a young age of six has studied music with a vision to use sound vibration to create harmony & peace within us. She studied the piano, the Japanese harp and performed vocally at the Singapore Auditorium at the age of 14. She focuses on the energy of the human body allowing the positive energy to correct the negative, thus reconnecting us with nature and the universe.
