Jay Tee & Baby Bash created Latino Velvet in the Summer of 1996 while sitting in a parking lot of a San Jose Nightclub. Velvet City buy CD music After getting so much love that night from the Latino community after doing a show, they decided to put together a group that focused on making music that would be felt strongest in the Latin communities.
