This DVD showcases Sarah Brightman's breathtaking live show. Includes 15 tracks like "La Lune," "Scarborough Fair," "Siren/Deliver Me," "Twisted Everywhere," "Time to Say Goodbye," "He Doesn't See Me" and much more! Former disco diva, Broadway star, and paramour of Andrew Lloyd Webber, vocalist Sarah Brightman is a mistress of reinvention and drama. The pixie-esque woman with an operatic vocal range reinvents herself once again with LA LUNA, the live version of her 2000 album. Originally aired on PBS, this spectacular concert paired innovative, mystical staging with a diverse set list of pop classics, Broadway show tunes, and classical standards. Directed by renowned concert director Bruce Gowers (who has worked with Ricky Martin and Britney Spears), this performance displays yet another wonderful side of Sarah Brightman. Sarah Brightman - La Luna Movie Review Average Rating: (4.3 out of 5 stars) A MASTERPICE FROM SARAH BRIGHTMAN I saw the concert in Forum, Copenhagen, November 2000. The concert and the DVD are fantastic. Sarah is incredible and has definitely the best voice in the world – ever! The songs are so beautiful and the choreography is fabulous. ALL SONGS ARE OF COURSE LIVE – SARAH DOES NOT USE LIP-SYNCHRONIZING IN HER CONCERTS. The sound and picture on this DVD are perfect.
The opening song WINTER IN JULY has a good rhythm and makes a wonderful atmosphere. HIJO DE LA LUNA is a very beautiful song. FIGLIO PERDUTO and PIE JESU are two church mess songs. The songs move your emotion when you hear Sarah's voice. Sarah sings LA LUNA and LA CALIFFA with her incredible bright voice. Nobody sings NESSUN DORMA better than the world greatest soprano: Sarah Brightman.
A QUESTION OF HONOUR starts with the opera aria: LA WALLY and pass into rock/pop with a fantastic lightshow and confetti, with Sarah singing and turning around in the wires. This is the most impressive part of the concert.
When I hear Sarah sings A WHITER SHADE OF PALE, I wonder why the radio stations always play the old original song. Sarah’s version is much more beautiful. The song is both as a music video and live on this DVD. THERE FOR ME is a wonderful duet with Josh Groban.
WISHING YOU WERE SOMEHOW HERE AGAIN one of the most beautiful songs of Andrew Lloyd Webber and one of Sarah's signature songs. This song has always been one of my favourite, ever since I first heard it.
Sarah sits on the edge of the scene when she sings MOON RIVER and looks so lovely and beautiful. The final song TIME TO SAY GOODBYE is even better when Sarah sings it solo.
LA LUNA - LIVE IN CONCERT is as good as ONE NIGHT IN EDEN. They are better than any movie or CD. You can enjoy them over 1000 times and you will still be impressed every time. Submitted by segerlin (Kastrup (Copenhagen), Denmark) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No 1 of 1 found this helpful.

Sarah Brightman - La Luna film
$18.25 A Whiter Shade of Pale is the 2001 collection of Procol Harem's best-known songs. Not to be confused with their 1972 album of the same name, the album features 15 tracks that show one of the first bands to move in the direction of progressive rock. The track selection on the album is actually quite good, giving a nice representation of their best material. The title track is the shining standout, a classic pop song that has aged marvelously. The same cannot be said for all the material, as some of the music here is obviously stuck in the '70s. But those are only a few tracks, and the good songs here are really good. This is a great place to begin exploring Procol Harem's music; their brand of poppy progressive rock is not ...

| | Yung Joc Hustlenomics (2007) Bonus CD; Edited
Sarah Brightman - La Luna DVD
$17.49 On the follow-up to his hugely successful 2006 debut, NEW JOC CITY, ATL native Yung Joc shows further versatility as he toes the line between hardcore dopeman image and radio-friendly mass appeal. The overt coke-serving imagery throughout the lead single, "Coffee Shop," is tempered with an infectiously happy background track and pubescent chorus singers. Joc gets gangsta with the Game, Block, and Jim Jones on the gritty, DJ Quik-produced "Cutthroat" and then plays around with alphabet nursery rhymes alongside Bun B and Young Dro on "I'm a G." The production (courtesy of Cool and Dre, Don Vito, Don P, The Neptunes, Jazzy Pha, Chris Flames, DJ Dana, Strong Hill, and Khao) wavers between traditionally gritty trap music and pop fare while Yung Joc does his best to mask the adult content of HUSTLENOMICS with euphemisms like "servin' pies" and "smell that fruity fruit." Gorilla Zoe, Snoop Dogg, Rick Ross, Trick Daddy, Mike Carlito, Southern Girl, and Diddy round out the thick ...
