One of the PS2's first RPGs, Dark Cloud is a title that challenges players to not only strategise, battle and solve puzzles, but also to create geographical landscapes using the new Georama system. Gamers assume the role of a young boy named Toran on an unforgettable journey of rebirth, revival and hope. Unfortunately an evil demon spirit has been released and has left destruction in its wake and Toran must harness the spirit of those destroyed to rebuild the lands in time for an epic confrontation. True to life graphics should mesmerise gamers as they create villages complete with houses, hills, churches, volcanoes, and streams; they'll even be able to control the weather! This game is so cool, it's like a little Zelda, and a whole lot of Sims. If you like RPG's and the Sim World series you will love this game. one thing though is the length (not bad)is VERY long i got this game along time ago and i'm still playing it. Oh and if you have a game shark you will love the game EVEN more. Hehehe.

The premise of the game is established well in the introductory segment. The graphics are smooth and play can be pretty exciting and realistic. I highly recommend referring to the virtual manual once it is obtained, for there are a few puzzling things that can be cleared up easily this way. I am still in the early stages of the adventure, but so far it is addicting and good fun.

SO FREEKIN AWSOME!!!
This game is by far the best RPG I have ever played and if you think it sucks than you're a butt licker! The graphics aren't to bad, the storyline rocks hard and the gameplay is off the charts! It's a game sent from heven to save us all! And again, If you don't like it you're a GARGANTUAN piece of caca! It kills all other RPGs and your brain will explode! This game is SO FREEKIN AWSOME!

dark cloud is a nice game to play the levels are hard to defeat the game is intense for a while but it gets deeper then before go and explore the cave the forests and the villages of the game nice role play for playstation2. darkcloud should be the number one role play of 2001!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

CHRONO CROSS, the sequel to the SNES favorite CHRONO TRIGGER, is one of the most ambitious role-playing games ever made.
