From Bliss to Devastation album for sale Product Description
From Bliss to Devastation album for sale by Vision Of Disorder was released Jun 26, 2001 on the TVT (Dist.) label. Vision of Disorder's third release is an aggressive collection of angst-filled lyrics facilitated by a wall of blazing staccato riffing guitars, wailing vocals, and a pounding rhythm section. With producer Machine at the helm, the band occasionally reaches for a melody, as in the chorus of "Southbound" or the opening verse of "Pretty Hate." Most, if not all, of the cuts are based on sped-up pentatonic themes that recall primal Black Sabbath and the gloom and doom of Alice in Chains. From Bliss to Devastation CD music contains a single disc with 13 songs. ...See Full Description

| Average Rating: | |
listen to this very loud amp up this album in your car and you will certainly feel just how heavy it is. what you get is songs full of layered guitars, you don't hear just one riff going on to the next riff. By calavera1102 (amarillo, tx)
A must-have This is definately one of the heavyest album I've ever heard. This level is not only reached by the music itself, but by the lyrics and overall mood. By imp (Montreal, QC, CA)
this cd was good after listening to this cd and then imprint there was an obvious difference, this cd was alot less heavy, infact not all that heavy, but the lyrics make up for it, right from the begining with living die you get sucked into the sound and dont mind the lack of screaming, powerful words and great melodies made this album very good. By Steve (Middletown, DE. USA)
Hated it. This album is a sheer abomination. It's little wonder that they disbanded after this album. Imprint and For the Bleeders are by far their best work.... By Doug (Greenville, NC)
