Bush Songs From The Australian Outback
$8.69 PARANOID proved to be Black Sabbath's most focused, consistent, and successful record. Leaving behind the amorphous, extended jams of their debut for focused songs and a more structured sound, Black Sabbath virtually wrote the book on heavy metal with the ominous, unforgettable riffs, thunderous rhythms, and dark themes on this release. There are some up-tempo rockers, the famous title track for one, but for the most part PARANOID oozes along like a bad dream, as on the slinky, creepy opener, "War Pigs," ...

| | Israel Iz Kamakawiwo'Ole Alone In Iz World CD (2001)
Bush Songs From The Australian Outback
$13.29 While the name Israel Kamakawiwo'ole falls trippingly off few tongues, the Hawaiian singer better known as "Iz" was one of the biggest stars in his home state. Iz first came to public attention as a member of the popular Hawaiian group known as the Makaha Sons of Ni'ihau. His subsequent solo career brought even greater fame, and countless fans were saddened at his untimely death in 1997. Those who mourn his passing will be gladdened by the posthumous release of ALONE IN IZ WORLD, compiled from various recording session outtakes.

| | Stan Getz Getz For Lovers CD (2002)
Bush Songs From The Australian Outback
$8.29 Principally recorded at A & R, New York, New York; Capitol, Hollywood, California; Van Gelder Studios, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey between December 12, 1952 and February 14, 1968. Includes liner notes by Al Young.
This 15-cut collection of Stan Getz ballads runs the gamut from his early bossa hits with Joao and Astrud Gilberto to his ballad performances with Bill Evans, Oscar Peterson, and Jim Hall. These are laid-back, beautifully arranged tracks in superior sound. While it is not a well-rounded collection of Stan Getz material, it is an essential ballads selection. The price is right and the music itself is truly wonderful. A good buy. ~ Thom Jurek
All tracks have been digitally remastered.

| | Dave Matthews Band Busted Stuff CD (2002) Enhanced CD
Bush Songs From The Australian Outback
$12.69 "Where Are You Going" was nominated for the 2003 Grammy Awards for Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal.
The Dave Matthews Band built its huge following in the '90s through their explosive live shows, where their swirling, propulsive blend of funk rhythms, jazzy harmonies, and unusual time signatures endeared them to crowd after crowd. BUSTED STUFF seems like the culmination of a process that's been underway ever since the band's heady, jam-band beginnings. While the musical muscle-flexing of Matthews and company is still in evidence, a greater emphasis than ever seems to be placed on the melodic songcraft aspect of things. The chorus of "Grey Street" for example, is one of the most accessible, pop-friendly moments ...
| | Nirvana With The Lights Out CDs (2004) With DVD; Box Set; Digipak
Bush Songs From The Australian Outback
$38.09 "With The Lights Out" includes a DVD as well as a large booklet with pictures and liner notes.
Ten years after the death of Kurt Cobain, Nirvana fans finally got what they had been waiting for in the form of 2004's WITH THE LIGHTS OUT, an extensive three-CD/one-DVD box set spanning the deified rock band's career. Part of Nirvana's charm was its gleefully subversive aesthetic, and this trait is heavily featured on Disc One, which begins with a slaughtered version of Led Zeppelin's "Heartbreaker" at the group's first gig in 1987. Distortion and low fidelity reign on most of these songs (including "Anorexorcist", "Pen Cap Chew," and a demo version of "Even in His Youth"), and Cobain probably wouldn't have had it any other way.
Disc Two covers the band's uneasy transition to superstar status and features the crucial addition ...
