This Is Bad Taste, Vol. 4 album
$9.58 The second Glee soundtrack throws a bone to the show's supporting characters, with Jenna Ushkowitz (the faux-stuttering Tina) singing her first solo and Amber Riley (Mercedes) receiving a larger chunk of airtime. Lea Michele and Matthew Morrison continue to steal the show, though; Morrison delivers one of the album's most inventive songs with a mash-up of "Don't Stand So Close to Me" and "Young Girl," while Michele sings the absolute pants off of everything ...

This Is Bad Taste, Vol. 4 music CDs
$11.89 BY A THREAD is Gov't Mule's first studio album since HIGH & MIGHTY was issued in 2006. Since that time, bassist Andy Hess has been replaced by Jorgen Carlsson, though Hess appears on two tracks at the end of the album. Carlsson's playing style is much more aggressive than Hess', and is therefore closer - in spirit anyway - to Gov't Mule's original bassist, the late Allen Woody, though he possesses an adventurous sense of time and is harmonically more colorful than either Woody or Hess. Carlsson and drummer Matt Abst are a solid match, since Abst is a drummer used to shifting time signatures and allowing the unexpected in while still driving a band. The band's keyboardist and rhythm guitarist, Danny Louis, is a shape-shifter, playing to whatever is needed in a given track. His manner of coloring sounds inside and around a particular tune's framework is a ...

$13.15 Danney Alkana BiographyDanney Alkana, a skilled guitar player from Southern California, put down his axe "forever" in 1981, when his band Excalibur broke up. The band had enjoyed strong regional album sales, and sold out shows for several years from L.A. to San Diego. However, frustrated by exploitative management and a lack of national success, they finally called it quits. Fourteen years go by, and a still bitter Alkana is working part time in a music store. An old fan visits the shop one day, and begs him to please play some of the Excalibur hits on guitar. Danney reluctantly obliges, and wonderfully, a rekindling of his love of making music is reborn. Brought together with Lee Smith from Four Winds Records, Alkana is encouraged to record a totally unique and demanding project... a ...

This Is Bad Taste, Vol. 4 music CDs
$12.65 "If Anything, 'Reckless' defies categorization. It's a musical pot of jambalaya, with equal parts blues, honky-tonk weepers, bluegrass touches, a little rock, a bit western and... well, the list could go on and on. Suffice it to say that with Hay wielding a six-string and a voice that makes Kelly Clarkson sound like Horshack on "Welcome Back Kotter", there's not a bad apple in the bunch." - The Weekend-------------------------------------------------Well... Most bands put a bio here. But I've tried and tried to write about myself in third person, and it just isn't that easy for me... So I'm just gonna tell you our story in my words, cool?My name is Kata, and I can't remember the first time I sang on stage, but I can remember my father telling the story 25,000 times :) Basically at the age of 2, I threw a FIT asking to be put in this beauty contest, so I could "sing" in the Talent Catagory, to the point of him saying he would put up the $50 dollar entry fee to prove to me that I couldn't sing. He had no idea what he was in for... I ended up winning that contest, going on and winning the National Title, "Little Miss Southern Belle" or something like that. lolOver time the modeling side of things fell to the side, and music became my main focus, for over 13 years my parents drove me across the US, and even flew with me across the world to Australia, twice. Just to help me pursue my music. Also over time, I found the love of being a musician, and songwriter. Songwriting especially has become incredibly important to me. My dream is to rock on a huge stage to my songs along with 1000's of people in the audience singing along. And I know if I believe hard enough, anything can happen! Yes I've watched ALOT of Disney movies. :)About 4 years ago I met the most incredible bass player I had ever heard, or seen. His name is Robbie Helton. At the time I had no idea he would also become the most important person in my life in every way, My Husband, My Co-writer, and My Bass Player, haha. About 2 years after I met him, we decided we would start working towards playing in a band together, where I could play my songs, and he could play some funky bass!!! Basically what we wanted was no more rules, just music that you feel.Robbie and I were lucky enough to find an insanely talented Drummer, Jason Roller, the incredible Matt Leadbetter who rips up the ...
