McQuade (Chuck Norris) takes on a drug and gun smuggling operation headed by kingpin Rawley Wilkes (David Carradine). Norris plays Texas Ranger/martial arts expert J.J. McQuade, who along with FBI agent Jackson must track down a bad guy who is stealing U.S. military weapons and selling them to terrorists in Central America. Chuck Norris is a renegade Texas Ranger. When he meets David Carradine in a violent showdown, it's karate vs. kung fu. Film was originally rated R by the MPAA, but won a PG on appeal.
