This DVD features the Rotal Albert Hall concert plus music videos of "Singles Victory" and "Wintersun." Includes 13 tracks plus a photo gallery and weblinks. Bond are classical musicians with a modern twist--4 sexy, trendy women playing traditional classical instruments with talent and gusto. Making classical music hip for perhaps the first time in history, Bond are filmed live at London's ornate Royal Albert Hall. Playing a set that includes rearranged versions of classical mainstays like Tchaikovsky's "1812," traditional songs like "Korobushka," and even the theme song from the James Bond films, Bond are an enticing mix of old and new. "Mesmerizing and entertaining!" I first caught a glimps of this music video while shopping at Fry's and had to get it. It is the first time I ever heard of the group or their music. The band consists of 4 georgeous gals each playing a string instrument (violin, viola and cello). They are back up by a full band and orchestra but their music focuses on their individual talents on those instruments. Although my taste for music has a wide coverage, I never took a liking to string instruments very much since the time of Jean Luc Ponte. You WILL love this music video, GET IT!
