Still, there's a sweetness about his outlook and journey on It's Hard to Find a Friend. The songs offer nice detail: he finds his girlfriend has ticket stubs to a movie she saw with someone, but not him; and he wishes he could become the disciplined person a friend is "for a few habit-forming years." if you like rainy day music...
I like this band. They have a solid mellow exjunky vibe that I like. Not literary, but smart. Great background music, or intense listening.

really good
I really like it. If Neutral Milk Hotel and Pavement had a lovechild it would be this album. I love both of these bands so don't get it unless you do.

This CD is incredible
I am so impressed and surprised by this band... they really are incredible. i usually listen to bands ike the offspring and reel big fish and pedro is nothing like anything i've ever heard before.
