The return to progressive music

Back when UK hash was $40 an ounce,
IT magazine was, and Michael Moorcock traipsed with Hawkwind, this album was a great trippy experimental synth alternative. Camembert Electrique showed me Gong could expand horizons and compliment Umma Gumma, Phallus Dei, Hot Rats, and Soft Machine's Third.

Le album tres incredible!
Along with Hawkwind, Gong were the pioneers of synth-space-rock-with-the-help-of-certain-substances, and this, their third offering, is arguably their best.
