Duke has arrived in town to bury his brother and decides to reopen his brother's bar. The police expect payoffs to keep the bar open and when Duke refuses to pay, he almost winds up like his brother. The city of Atlanta has plans to take away the group's meeting place, and The Sons and Daughters of Shaka don't have the money to finance a new one.
