$19.99 As hard as it is to believe, there was no single-disc collection that contained all of the Animals' greatest hits until Raven Records released Absolute Animals 1964-1968 in 2003. Prior to this, compilations were devoted to one of three distinct eras. First, there were the first recordings that they made with producer Mickie Most, which included "House of the Rising Sun," "I'm Crying," "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood," "We Gotta Get Out of This Place," and "It's My Life." Then, ...

Sacred Heart songs
$18.95 Marshall Hall was born on December 30, 1970 in Lexington, KY to a musical family - mother Alice, father Dale, older brother Mitchell, and younger brother Matthew. "My mom played piano at church, and dad was a great singer - they were always singing duets at the piano after supper," Marshall explains. The family's life was centered around the church and their faith. "My dad was a pastor before I came along, and if the church doors were open - the Halls were there," he laughs. When Marshall reached high school in 1985, he joined the church youth group and attended the state youth convention. At the age of 14, he made a decision to follow Christ. After high school, Marshall followed in his father's footsteps and attended Anderson University in Anderson, IN. "I knew I loved music, but I didn't really know what God might have in store." He outlined. "I decided to go to a church school and see what would happen." Marshall soon found an avenue for his music. While singing at his church in Anderson, Marshall was approached by a local producer and asked to sing for a project at Gaither Studios. "I never would have guessed I would actually end up singing for a living, but about a year after I graduated college, I quit my job at a furniture store and began working as a studio singer full time," he recalled. As a session vocalist, Marshall traveled frequently from Indiana to Chicago, Orlando to Louisville and to Nashville singing background vocals on records and jingles for several national clients, including McDonald's, Long John Silver's and Head and Shoulders. "I was putting so many miles on my poor, little car," the newest member of the Gaither Vocal Band remembers. "Monday morning I'd be singing in a choir in Indianapolis; later that afternoon, I was singing about pizza in Louisville, and then laying my head down to sleep in Franklin, TN. It's been a wild and wonderful life, and I am truly blessed." During one session for Bill Gaither, Marshall was asked to join the Homecoming artists in Memphis, TN for a video taping. "My dad watched the Gaither videos all the time, so I was excited to tell him that I was going to be singing with all those folks that touched his life so much," Marshall noted. Subsequent videos followed for Marshall, including tapings in Indianapolis and New York City at Carnegie Hall.He also found a spot as a back-up singer on projects for recording artists John Tesh, Clay Walker and Carman, among others. He has written songs for several Gaither videos, as well as for Salvador, Point of Grace, fellow Gaither Vocal Band member David Phelps and the Vocal Band. A few years later, Marshall found he had another passion - worship. "I was asked to lead worship at a friend's church in Phoenix, AZ, something I had never done before," he relates. "When I sat at the piano and started leading, I found something God had placed in me I didn't even know was there. I've learned so ...
