 beaustiful tradtional ballet
Excellent photography--easy to see characters--Incredible costumes -special effects-enjoyable for all ages.Beautiful choreography. Only thing I didn't like was that Clara seemed too old, princess and prince cast didn't fit the traditonal look of a fairy tale

 Wonderful Production
The royal ballet gives a splendid performance of this classic. I would highly recommned this DVD.

 Loved it.
Visually stunning from start to finish. You couldn't go wrong watching this Nutcracker with the family on Christmas eve. The choreography is brisk and lively and the staging (like most Royal Ballet shows) is spectacular. Ivan Putrov is a star and somehow has learned to defy gravity and the Sugar Plum pas is unbelievable!
