 Good performance. Abysmal mix.
The performance on this DVD is quite good; Queensryche in 1991 in full throat, and the Mindcrime story has always been quite engaging. However, whomever mixed the audio on this DVD should have their ears cleaned out. It sounds like a good mix was then immersed in the world's largest toilet bowl. This DVD is pretty much for die-hard Queensryche fans who have a penchant for completism.

Great concert, bad sound
The performance is great, original band etc...Who ever mastered this DVD (or Concert) was Reverb happy.
The stereo option sounds a bit better than the 5.1 . I had to own this on princaple, if your a fan it's worth having. If you have a high end system and enjoy quality, Live Eveloution is a better pick.

If you want to get introduced to Queensryche on CD or Cassette, listen to 1990's "Empire"! But, if you want to see them on a concert-formatted DVD, this is it! Stellar from the very beginning! A million stars! One hit after the other! I just hope you can sit through the 11-minute epic "Suite Sister Mary"! I could!

Personally I believe this DVD is outstanding, including all performances. Great production, decent sound mix, of course it was recored in early 90's so can't complain. The cinematography is superb. Mr. Geoff's vocals are awesome.
Highly recommended for any Queensryche fan, or metal fan in general.
