Concha Buika and Cuba's legendary pianist / composer / multi Grammy Award winner Chucho Valdes here pay tribute to Mexican singer Chavela Vargas's for her 90th birthday. Produced by Javier Limon, El Ultimo Trago (the last drink) was recorded in Cuba last April, and covers Chavela's whole career, including the repertoire performed at New York's Carnegie Hall, Buenos Aires Luna Park and Paris' Olympia, as well as the music featured in the films of Pedro Almodovar's and Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu's films.

Mozane is a unique sound created by the raw talent of a piano maven and her songstress. This female duo has been collectively writing and recording music for five years, fusing the classic sound of the piano with eclectic beats and lounge rhythms. From acoustic to electronic, from rap to rock, Mozane embodies it all. Named after their late uncle, Mohsen, who died at the early age of 21, these two cousins have been inspired in their writing by his love and passion for music. In recent years, Mozane has worked with a pool of talent. When it comes to rock there is no one other than legendary producer/mixer Jim Faraci who has produced albums for Guns 'N Roses, Poison, LA Guns and most recently worked on such projects as "DreamWorks Presents", "Jamie Foxx Laffapalooza", "Stephen Spielberg Presents" and earned a 2004 Emmy award for his excellent work on "The History Channel Presents: The War of 1812". Jim worked alongside one of LA's hottest film composers, Simone Benyacar, on Mozane's current demo. Mr. Benyacar has composed music for such films as Lord of the Rings: Two Towers, Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, The Village and Sin City.Mozane has also had the privilege of working with talented musician/producer Sameer Sharma, of alt rock group Calcutta. Writing all their own music, except for a cover of Calcutta's "Driving On," Mozane likes to mix things up and keep you guessing with every song.
