The first solo project for Justin Sane is on the same continuum as the highly politically and socially charged material that the Anti-Flag and A-F Records leader became known for in those roles. At least half of the disc is either acoustic or just Sane singing along with a very clean electric guitar that he played himself, making Life, Love and the Pursuit of Justice seem just like a folk undertaking, taking activist lyrics back to their roots. The bleeding-heart liberal mindset can grow tiring after a while, especially if you either disagree with the politics or, more charitably, find fault with the cloying naďveté he expresses in the utopian society he seems to expect. But if he's preaching to the converted (and this probably won't hit more than the core Anti-Flag fan base), he does a credible job in transferring their rage to songs that don't seethe for a change of pace. Bob Dylan won't be losing any sleep, however. ~ Brian O'Neill

This cd is a great and awsome cd. It is better than the Anti-Flagf cd's, thats what i think, and I am a big Anti-Flag fan. He sings best and writes best if it is only him. You are stupid if you didn't buy this cd yet. It's really great.

Justin sane is one of the greats singers in the punk rock history, and he knows that so he decided to do this great album.
The only problem that I found to this album is that in all the album is basicly the same stuff and that a kind of boring.

DUDE, IF YOU HAVENT GONE OUT AND BOUGHT THIS CD, WHATS WRONG WITH YOU? This cd is so awesome and he needs our support. I talked to him and he said that no one had told him anything about how they liked it. Justin Sane is a smart person with lots to say. 5+ start all the way!!
