I have this CD coming, I already have 1 of his. Joe has a unique voice, & does a grear job, just wish he would have recorded more.

Joe South, although not widely known,wrote a lot of great tunes for others and did quite well with a few of his own.

I have bought several Joe South compilations over the years and was always disappointed by the sound quality. However, that's not the case with this Classic Masters version.

I had this album many years ago,it became to nosiey with static,I don't have to worry about that problem with a CD.
