Beethoven: Violin Sonatas "Spring" & "Kreutzer" / Vengerov
$15.65 As for the Lizard King, his blues growl is put to perfect use on "Backdoor Man," whereas his inner poet takes over on the prophetic "When The Music's Over" and the jazzy, metaphysical "Universal Mind." Morrison's most dramatic turn comes in the personage of a Southern preacher on the intro "Petition The Lord With Prayer" that leads into a medley of "Dead Cats, Dead Rats" and "Break On Through #2." In truth, ABSOLUTELY LIVE does not measure up to the Doors' more meticulously crafted studio efforts, yet it includes material that doesn't appear elsewhere, and is a satisfying snapshot of the band's live show.
ABSOLUTELY LIVE was taped during a United State tour that took place between August 1969 and June 1970, and shows off The Doors' strengths as a live band and the way they kept sets interesting by including a broad cross-section of music. Where else could you hear Bo Diddley's "Who Do You Love" sidling up next to Kurt Weill's "Alabama Song?" Ray Manzarek's organ and John Densmore's drumming keep pace throughout as Robbie Krieger's guitar playing show him to be as much of a force in the Doors as Jim Morrison.
The Doors: Ray Manzarek (vocals, organ, bass instrument); Jim Morrison (vocals); Robby Krieger (guitar); John Densmore (drums).

| | Halloween 4: The Return Of Michael Myers DVD (1988) Special Edition
Beethoven: Violin Sonatas "Spring" & "Kreutzer" / Vengerov
$9.69 This fourth installment of the series takes place ten years after the original and finds the man in the William Shatner mask in a coma and being transferred from Richmond Mental Institute to Smith's Grove. However, the van gets into a horrible accident, skidding off the road and exploding. Predictably, Myers' body is nowhere to be found in the wreckage, alarming both the skeptical police and the indefatigable Dr. Loomis (Donald Pleasence). Soon, Myers is spotted back in Haddonfield, and it becomes obvious that his next target is his young niece, Jamie (Danielle Harris). His return has whipped the town into a frenzied mob, which proves to be unfortunate for the Halloween revelers who have chosen the popular "Michael Myers" mask as their costume. Often considered the best of the sequels, THE RETURN OF MICHAEL MYERS is a return to form for the series after the debacle of HALLOWEEN 3.
This DVD includes the first-ever high-definition transfer of this film.

Beethoven: Violin Sonatas "Spring" & "Kreutzer" / Vengerov
$17.09 Music has played an important role on the life of guitarist and composer Cesar Medel, who began to experience music himself at a very young age.Introduced to the guitar music by his father, he began the adventure that later became a life dedicated to share the value of music for guitar. He entered the Hizidor Handler K Conservatory of Music of Viña del Mar; there he began his study of classical guitar with Professor Ximena Matamoros, who helped him to develop a style and an identity of his own for interpreting the guitar. At that time he also came to know Sergio Vilchez, the Director of the Conservatory, with whom he still shares a great friendship. In his later years of study at the Conservatory he worked with Professor Antonio Rioseco, the Chair of the guitar department and a great arranger of traditional Chilean music for the guitar. Motivated by his faith he began arranging traditional Christian music for guitar, this work is reflected on his first recording called “Eternal Lightâ€, recorded and published in the USA.His second Album titled “Grand Solo†is the second record on his career, classical guitar album featuring Works by important composers for the instrument. Recorded and published in the USA, album that has been acclaimed by the public and followers of the artist.Cesar resides in the beautiful Washington State, in the USA, along with his family, in a place that he recalls “Celtic Landâ€, because of the impressive landscapes, the islands and its culture. In April 2007, he officially released his third album through Greenland Music Group (his record label) with interpretations on guitar of popular hits in music, called Unforgettable Songs.
