| Bowie can still suprise...
Hey, I have been fan of Bowie since Let's Dance, which I listen quite seldom. I usually listen stuff from early 70s, but also Berlin trilogy.

| If you dont have it, you need it.
I wouldn't say it is the best one Bowie has released, but it comes in a close second. If at first you dont like it, listen to it again, and again.

| deserves 9 stars, not just five
The reason for 9 and not 10? There was one dud track, only one, that being Panic in Detroit, could have done with a bit of remixing like the rerecorded 2002 version of 1970's Conversation Piece.

| bowie is a great re-inventor aswell as a musical genius
"Heathen" I remember hearing most of the tracks on the Yahoo messager. I thougth it was very appealing nad musically interstine.

Hearing "Heathen" this weekend, it all came together, his dynamic, creative, imaginative,and magical talents. It was like "The Man who fell to Earth, Aladdin Sane, Heros, and Let's Dance" all on one kaleidoscopic CD.
