Colleen Camp, Glenn Plummer, Jason Patric, Lois Chiles, Sandra Bullock, Willem Dafoe - Director: Jan De Bont A manical computer genius puts a luxury cruise ship on a collision course with disaster, leaving Annie Porter and her cop boyfriend struggling to save the boat and its trapped passengers. Spry "Speed" survivor Annie Porter (Bullock) can't seem to escape maniacal terrorists, as she discovers soon after boarding a posh luxury liner with her engagement-minded boyfriend, Alex. The bad news is that the disgruntled--and recently fired--mastermind behind the ship's electronic control systems wants revenge against the ship's management, so he sets the ship on a collision course with such deadly targets as an offshore oil tanker. The good news is that Alex has been training on the sly with an elite LAPD SWAT team, so the plucky pair resolves to save their fellow passengers. Panavision Theatrical Aspect Ratio 2.40:1

Speed 2: Cruise Control Video Speed 2: Cruise Control Movie Review Absolutely Awful Okay I enjoyed the first Speed. I thought it was a good action thriller but Speed 2 is just plain awful. One of the worst films i've ever seen. It has a good plot but the writing is just horrible so is the acting including Sandra Bullock and she's an amazing actress the only one I thought could act in this was Willem Dafoe who is also an excellent actor. If you've got any common sense what so ever you'll avoid this thing like the plague. Submitted by burninhell95 (Sydney, Australia) Was This Review Helpful? Speed 2: Cruise Control film
$7.39 General Public includes: Ranking Roger (vocals, keyboards, bass, drums); David Wakeling (vocals, guitar); Micky Billingham (keyboards, background vocals). Additional personnel includes: Mick Jones (guitar). Producers include: General Public, Gavin MacKillop, Colin Fairley. Engineers include: General Public, Gavin MacKillop, Colin Fairley. All tracks have been digitally remastered. First out of the gate with a new band after the English Beat's acrimonious fracture in June 1983, General Public was the first post-punk supergroup, gathering the Beat's Dave Wakeling and Ranking Roger, the Specials' Horace Panter, and other veterans of the U.K. ska revival. (Mick Jones, freshly booted from the Clash, was originally announced as General Public's lead guitarist; although he left the group very early on to start up Big Audio Dynamite and doesn't appear in the album photos, his guitar does appear on nearly all of the album's ten tracks.) Frankly, All the Rage could quite easily have been the fourth English Beat album, as it's a clear continuation from 1982's Special Beat Service. The ska sounds are largely absent, replaced by a mixture of catchy Brit-pop -- someone in the group is clearly a fan of both ...

$7.89 Matty (Barry Pepper) is the only son of Brooklyn mobster Benny "the Chains" (Dennis Hopper). Considered too sensitive for mob work, but unable to find a regular job, Matty finally gets a chance to join his dad's organization when he agrees to arrange transport of half a million dollars across the country. When it winds up lost in a small Montana town, Matty and his assortment of tough-guy pals (played by Andrew Davoli, Seth Green, and Vin Diesel) are forced to fly out there, tangle with the locals, and find the money before their disappointed elders come to get them, guns blazing.
KNOCKAROUND GUYS features stylishly washed-out, gritty cinematography and benefits from a refreshing lack of the expected "city folk stranded in a small town" gags. Instead it's a tale of identity crisis-plagued ...

$7.95 Gluttony, greed, sloth, envy, wrath, pride, and lust--these are the seven deadly sins that are being punished with unimaginable cruelty and calculation by an enigmatic killer in David Fincher's bleak thriller SEVEN. Set in a perpetually gloomy unnamed city, the film follows Somerset (Morgan Freeman), a retiring police detective, as he experiences his final week on the job, reluctantly working with assertive newcomer Mills (Brad Pitt). When an obese man is found brutally murdered in his home, the seasoned Somerset realizes this is no ordinary killing--someone tortured him because of his appetite. Slayings that reflect the sins of greed and sloth soon follow, leading Somerset and Mills on a desperate search to find the mysterious John Doe, who is responsible for these methodical murders. As the case builds to a startling conclusion, both Somerset and Mills become more involved than they ever could have imagined.
After a brief opening scene, SEVEN immediately cuts to a highly stylized title sequence. An intricate collage of books and photos, scissors and razors, and blood and skin eerily captures the dark, graphic tone of Fincher's intriguing mystery. The ...
