| Just as I remembered
Love this CD. I still have my old 33s but one can't listen to them while driving and that's when I really have listening time. I have been buying CD copies of my old favorites whenever I can find them. Sometimes the memories are better than the realities. This one is better than remembered. I am thoroughly enjoying the good sound ... until my daughter steals it back from me again !!

Yes, this is a great CD, but this is not his best, check out his DVD, on this same site, but mysteriously not directly linked to this CD. "Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald" and "Summerside of Life", "Rainy Day People", "If you could read my mind", and "Canadian Railroad Trilogy" are just a small smidgen of what Lightfoot has wrote and played that deserve to be listened to if you are a folk music fan - and even if your not.
