Good-natured old-time rock & roll and rockabilly with a slightly bizarre edge, as on lead-off track "Gettin' in Shape," which sounds like a Gary U.S. Bonds track from the early '60s until it turns into a Village People disco medley! ~ William Ruhlmann Contains 2 previously unreleased tracks. Entertainment Weekly - B+ "... (satisfies) any rock & roll soul." Shake & Push CD music contains a single disc with 16 songs.
