Originally announced a few months ago for PlayStation 2, Ratchet & Clank has players assume the role of Ratchet, a small batlike creature, or Clank, a robot that?s always on Ratchet?s back (literally). Using flamethrowers, bomb gloves, wrenches and 35 other weapons, Ratchet & Clank must venture through a strange and exciting world. This is good game with great action. My only complaint was that when you get all the weapons, the final boss fight is somewhat too easy. For older gamers who think this game is good but too kiddy, try Jak 2.

good platformer a bit on the easy side but the amount of weapon and gadget choices made up for that. funfactor 10/10

There are no words ever described to me in my half filled mind that describes Ratchet and Clank like WOW. My first game I got on my PS2 was, yours Truly, Ratchet and Clank. Being my first game, it was not easy for me, but I fell in love with it all the same. It was like capital letters was no match for it, it was like no other game I‘d played before. The meeting of Ratchet and Clank is truly legendary and has to be one to remember. Who would have thought this impulsive and street smart mechanic called Ratchet from the outskirts of Velden would be travelling around 19 different worlds saving the galaxy from the evil doings of Chairman Drek. I liked the weapons because they were different to just a plain sword and/or gun. The weapons are cool too, they are all unique in different ways and don’t just shoot bullets. I found the cut scenes to be funny and have a big wow factor to them as well as the story line. Just recently I made a friend who said `Ratchet and Clank is a big take off of James Bond with all his gadgets. He wasn’t my friend for much longer. The point I’m trying to get across to us is that Ratchet and Clank is a great game and every PS2 gamer should have a copy. Ratchet and Clank make a great team any day and if there’s any impostor, Ratchet and Clank will show no mercy. It will be like …Nine eleven x 1000.

Ratchet & Clank Hints When you get the jet pack upgrade for Clank, you can hover. Normally you would see the jet pack, but I've figured out a little hint that makes it look like Ratchet is hovering on his own accord. Equip the jet pack and hover.
Once you hover, pause the game and equip the helipack. Once this is done, unpause the game and, VOILA! Ratchet appears to be hovering without the use of the jetpack or the helipack. Just a little tid-bit to everyone who is amused by just about everything.
