Closed Captioned; Soundtrack English Dave Foley stars in this comedy as Nelson Hibbert, a nebbish business executive who blows a fuse when he is passed over for a promotion. After being heard by the entire office shouting death threats at his boss, Nelson panics when he goes in to see his boss again and finds him dead, stabbed in the neck. Before he knows it, Nelson has grabbed the murder weapon and gotten blood all over himself. Knowing that he's now the prime suspect, Nelson runs out of the office and goes on the lam. Wrong Guy Movie Review Average Rating: (3.3 out of 5 stars) Love it or Hate it If you're a fan of Hitchcock and are familar with the murder scene in "North by Northwest", a scene from another movie where the bad guy falls from the crown of the Statue of Liberty, and a fan of David Foley's subtle humor then you're sure to like this movie. Even the cover should bring a chuckle if you can see the similarity with the cover from "The Usual Suspects" and the title of another Hitchcock film "The Wrong Man." If you don't get the "spoofs" you probably won't "get" this movie. Just as Robin Williams' humor may be a little too fast-paced for some people, I imagine Foley can be too sutble for others. Pant-wetting! "The Kids In the Hall" have been a much-adored secret in the UK for more than a decade; those of us inclined towards late nights have been crushing heads for some time now. This film appeared on BBC1 at about 2am, and I caught 5 minutes while channel-hopping. I fell in love. So much so, that I ordered the DVD from CDUniverse on the strength of those 5 minutes. And Dear God, this is funny. There's not a single scene that doesn't test your bladder, and the story's brilliant. Our hero spends the movie believing that he's being hunted down for a crime he didn't commit - we, however, know that he was never a suspect in the first place. There are so many running gags to enjoy (the cop's belief that David Foley is a woman, the narcoleptic girlfriend) - as well as some spanking one-offs - (BareNaked Ladies as a cop choir, the "I'd like a room" sequence) - that make my heart bleed. NOBODY ELSE IN BRITIAN HAS EVER HEARD OF THIS FILM! And yet, thanks to CDUniverse, I own it! Thank you, CDUniverse! Submitted by frankjshields (Glagsow, UK) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No

Comedic Classic -- Foley's Stardom A great comedy staring Dave Foley (of Canadian "Kids In The Hall" fame, and of "News Radio" fame) stars in this never-ending hilarity of laughs. Paranoia, as its finest definition, rumages through the mind of this self-proclaimed 'innocent killer' -- too bad, 'The Man' isn't really after him -- as he would like.

Wrong Guy DVD The Wrong Guy
Comic sensation Dave Foley (TV's NEWS RADIO, ON THE LINE) hands over a hilarious performance as Nelson Hibbert, a bungling executive furious over missing a "promised" promotion. Confronting his boss on the matter, he finds him murdered. Panicking, tripping and screaming his way out of the office, Nelson, covered in "evidence," is sure he'll be pinned with the deed -- even though video proves who-really- dunit. The getaway scheme's a scream as Hibbert crosses paths with the ruthless killer and clumsy cops. A series of on-the-lam mishaps and outrageous misfortunes finally lead him to coy cutie Lynn (Jennifer Tilly, MONSTERS, INC., THE CREW, who convinces him he's the right guy to put the wacky disaster to rest.

Munson is a nerdy copywriter who finds himself under an extreme amount of pressure when his boss dies, leaving him to write the upcoming ...
