Munkafust keeps the van wheels moving forward. They're riding in a rental now, saving up the money to replace their last van, "Eddie", that caught fire and burned up on the highway between San Francisco and Los Angeles. They rescued their guitars and amps before Eddie blew like a Van Damme prop. They thumbed down a ride, made it to their gig in San Francisco and rocked their devoted fans until closing time. By dawn, Eddie's name had been eulogized by band members over countless beers, and the incident was yet another piece of their near perfect Indie Rock resume. Munkafust was told by "the suits" to change their name. They yawned. They were a "jam band" before the classification existed.
