Elastic album for sale Product Description
Elastic album for sale by Joshua Redman Elastic Band was released Sep 10, 2002 on the Warner Bros. label. Brian Blade (drums); Bashiri Johnson (bongos, congas, shaker, tambourine). Coming fast on the heels of Redman's collaborative Yaya3 date with the same players (organist Sam Yahel and drummer Brian Blade), Elastic is more about pop/soul-funk than jazz, but it doesn't sacrifice any of Yaya3's organic feeling and improvisational focus. Here Yahel plays not only Hammond organ, but also Fender Rhodes, clavinet, and other assorted electric keys. ...See Full Description

Frankie J Priceless CD (2006)
Elastic songs On PRICELESS, Frankie J's follow-up to his 2005 breakthrough album, THE ONE, the Latino vocalist presents another potent set of hip-hop-laden R&B. With his smooth voice and immediately catchy tunes, the singer (aka Francisco Javier Bautista) confidently mines the same pop-tinged stutter-funk terrain as Justin Timberlake and Usher, particularly on "That Girl," an infectious, beat-driven single that features the rhymes of rapper Chamillionaire and the production of Mannie Fresh. For those disappointed that the former Kumbia King focuses on English-language songs here, UN NUEVO DIA ...

Tony Scott Both Sides Of CD
Elastic songs Records by clarinetist Tony Scott are mostly quite scarce, including this long out-of-print LP. Scott, whose cool tone and boppish solos made him a standout (and an alternative to the rapid playing of Buddy DeFranco) in the 1950s, was always an adventurous player, although his groundings were in bop. This particular album features him with two different pianoless rhythm sections (with Mundell Lowe or Dick Garcia on guitar, Teddy Kotick or Milt Hinton on bass, and Shadow Wilson or Osie Johnson on drums) performing six ...

Ivo Perelman Geometry CD (1996)
Elastic buy CD music Ivo Perelman has often recorded without a pianist, but on Geometry, Borah Bergman's piano is his only accompaniment. Having worked with Roscoe Mitchell, Bergman was no stranger to daring saxmen of the avant-garde -- and Perelman is certainly daring on abstract, difficult originals like "Equal Angles," "Linear Passion" and "Sonic Conic," as well as two versions of the Brazilian folk song "Cavaquinho." Like other pianists Perelman has played with (including Marilyn Crispell and Matthew Shipp), Bergman is a disciple of the seminal Cecil Taylor. But ...
