One of my favorite TV shows. Robert Blake is excellent as Tony Baretta, a police officer who plays by his own rules, but also cares about his friends and those who need help.
This box set contains the initial run of 12 episodes (with the instrumental version of the theme "Keep Your Eye On The Sparrow"). It also feaures Dana Elcar as Baretta's boss. Each show opens up with a "teaser" (which shows clips from the upcomming show). Other than that there are no extras. Just a great show, superbly remastered and crystal clear.

 Barretta
My family and I have enjoyed the Barretta DVD purchased from Video Universe. The DVD arrived in quick time and in good condition. I intend to purchase more DVDs from Video Universe. For the next few weeks we will be enjoying Barretta over and over again.

agree with need more seasons
I am a little older and analytical, the reason I give 4 stars instead of five. Great show! Baretta was a mixture
of action, drama, macho, and understanding. Used to watch it as a teenager. Great to revisit old storylines and see some famous actors beginning their careers, and some at the end of theirs. It is wrong that you cannot get all the seasons. I suspect the situation Mr. Blake got himself into has tested the bravado of the company that released the first one, and they have come up lacking. Too bad for the fans of this series
