Helloween: High Live Movie Review Average Rating: (4.6 out of 5 stars) List All Reviews Great DVD The queality video it`s no so good but Still Helloween and this concert was EXCELENT. I recommend it!. Submitted by acekisss (Venezuela) Was This Review Helpful? Yes No
Worth the ching!!! This is a pretty good concert DVD, even though it was recorded back in 96'The sound and picture are both very good. Helloween run through some of their best songs, mostly from the "Rings" and "Oath" albums, as that was the current stuff when this concert was shot. Some disapointments, are the little breaks between songs, that remove you from that "being there" experience. Also, where is the songs "I want out" and "Helloween." The thing that gets this DVD a four star rating is the price, deffinately worth your money. Although there is better concert DVDs out there (Evergrey,Nightwish), "High Live" will deffinately improve your music DVD collection. Submitted by chevdaddy1 (Gwinn, MI) Was This Review Helpful? Helloween: High Live DVD
$21.19 Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman's documentary chronicles the way movies have portrayed homosexuals for the past 100 years and how these images, both positive and negative, have helped shape America's attitudes toward gays. Among the topics examined via interviews and film clips are the various gay stereotypes that recur onscreen, gay subtexts in such macho films as SPARTACUS and BEN-HUR, and how negative images of homosexuality created emotional conflict within the gay moviegoer. But the film also shows how the times have greatly changed, bringing more--and more realistic--gay characters to the silver screen. Interviewees include Susan Sarandon, ...
