When the British group Matchbox formed in 1971, rockabilly music was already a nostalgia trip, destined for at least two popular revivals and timeless hipster cachet. That the band has remained intact for over 35 years is a testament to the great, simple music and to the excellent musical and personal rapport of the band members, which shines through every track on this two-volume retrospective. Volume Two includes rockin' originals and an ultra-cool cover of "Route 66."

First time on CD for the great studio album from Graham Fenton's Rockabilly Rebels. Classic 1950s style Rock 'n' Roll with a big Gene Vincent influence. A good selection of material which mixes original songs with classics from the Rock 'n' Roll era.
