This is an amusing movie. It is a veritable superstore for finding one-liners to quote. It could easily become a quotable classic.

||Stallone at his best|
A sadly underrated movie. Stallone plays a ganster in the 1920's who swears to his father (Kirk Douglas) on his deathbed that he will go straight.

||Oscar deserves an Oscar|
This is one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. Sylvester Stallone gives a masterful comic performance as a gangster trying to honor a promise to his dying father to "go straight." His sidekicks are hillarious, and the story keeps you laughing the whole movie through.
